Care that’s equal parts compassionate and comprehensive.
You hope never to have an illness or injury that requires care. But if you do need it, it’s good to know where you’ll get it. That’s the very meaning of peace of mind—and it’s what quality Skilled Nursing care provides you. We believe care goes beyond just credentials; in addition to possessing state licenses and training, our Skilled Nursing staff members are taught how to deliver person-first care with empathy and understanding.
If you had an illness or injury that required a hospital stay, you may not be quite healthy enough to return home. You can stay in short-term Skilled Nursing while you recover; once you’re feeling better, you can return to your apartment. We also offer a comfortable environment if you need long-term Skilled Nursing care.
We’re Medicare certified, and our professional staff is available 24/7. We have a philosophy of providing services and personal care that’s tailored to each person’s individual needs. Our goal is to provide Skilled Nursing residents with a comfortable, well-appointed environment as we work to return them to their highest level of function.

About Accelerated Care Plus.
Our rehabilitation team is certified in an advanced therapy program called Accelerated Care Plus (ACP). ACP is the leading provider of integrated clinical programs, therapeutic modalities, and products and services for rehabilitation. These techniques, tools, and skills treat a wide array of ailments and extend residents’ functional gains. ACP accelerates the introduction of traditional therapies, enabling more intensive therapy earlier in the stay. These techniques lead to treating rather than managing pain. ACP can also address the risk of future falls.
