Get a clear picture of what it costs to live here.

It’s considered impolite to ask what someone paid for their house. We don’t think it’s rude at all. We believe in being as transparent as possible about cost. In order to make a smart decision about your future, it’s important to consider different pricing options. You should also know exactly what fees you’ll pay and why you pay them.

The Wait List

Start your journey with Mirabella by joining one of our two exclusive wait lists, each designed to connect you with our community even before you move in. If you’re interested in experiencing life at Mirabella, the Social Membership is an ideal first step. With a fully refundable $1,000 deposit, Social Membership offers access to community updates and invitations to special events. For those seeking enhanced privileges, the Priority Membership offers a higher level of access with a fully refundable $10,000 deposit. This membership provides priority notification and choice of new residency opportunities as they become available, in addition to Social Membership benefits.

The Reservation Deposit

Once you’ve selected a residence, you will be asked to make a $10,000 deposit toward your entrance fee. The remaining entrance fee balance is due on the effective date of your residency care agreement.

The Entrance Fee

If the idea of another fee made your heart start pounding, rest assured that most of our Entrance Fees are 80% refundable. We also offer a limited number of nonrefundable and 50% refundable entrance fee options for certain residences. This is a one-time payment when you become an Independent Living resident at Mirabella Seattle; the amount depends on the residence and any special features, such as larger square footage, building location, views available, and other factors.

The Monthly Fee

This is the only recurring fee you’ll have—it provides access to all the awesome perks and great features Mirabella has to offer and guarantees you the peace of mind that comes from access to specialized care that’s available whenever you need it. This amount depends on the size and style of your residence and whether you live there alone. As you move through the Continuum of Care, your Monthly Fee will be adjusted accordingly.

At your current residence, you might pay multiple bills for a number of services and amenities. Here, you pay one fee, once a month. In return, you get a lot for your money.

Examples of what your monthly fee covers:

  • Electricity, water, sewer, trash, and recycling
  • Expanded basic cable TV and phone
  • Private, secured Wi-Fi in your apartment
  • Individually controlled heat and air conditioning
  • Flexible dining points, available for use at any of our four on-site dining venues
  • Housekeeping, including bed linen services
  • Unlimited use of on-site fitness center, all classes, and pools
  • Scheduled events, including educational, social, and cultural programming
  • Home and appliance maintenance and repair
  • Building and grounds maintenance

Financial benefits of Life Plan Communities.

Today, people are living longer than ever because of advances in science and medical care. But that means they’ll need to be able to afford healthcare for longer. When you live in a Life Plan Community like Mirabella, there are ways to offset some of the costs of healthcare:

  • Complimentary short-term stays in the Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
  • Long-term healthcare services, including Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Support, at below-market rates
  • Tax breaks for medical expenses (check with your tax adviser)

Over time, the financial benefits of moving to a Life Plan Community are clear.
