Jump in, the water’s fine.

Of course we have an aquatics center with two pools and a hot tub. But what really matters is how you can turn all that water into a wonderful workout.

Aqua aerobics and other water exercise programs are popular with residents because of the dynamic but gentle workout they provide. These classes are also a great way to recover from different types of injuries or surgeries (ask your doctor or physical therapist; they’d agree with that).

Our water volleyball club hosts frequent tournaments, where you can set, spike, and splash with ease. Unlike hot beach sand, the water is always there to gently break your fall.

Activate Your Active Lifestyle

When you arrive here, you’ll be able to hit the ground running—or walking, or biking. There are numerous resident-led groups dedicated to walking, biking, and other outdoor activities that our residents love to utilize to get moving in a laid-back, social, and scenic environment.
